I really tried to male this line work for me but had constant struggles. I think I gave it a fair chance and had too many problems, Even after many and frequent full line stretches and cleanings the coiling issues did not go away ~Did not perform good at all out of a stripping basket ~ I even inquired back at the fly shop where I purchased it if they had heard if anyone else has experience with this line or perhaps I got a bad batch line or something? Had to replace after approx 6 days fishing due to coiling ~ went back to a Rio striper line this is not intended to knock Cortland at all Ive had many good Cortland lines but this one for whatever reason gave me issues from day 1

Bomb a few cast and reach fish with ease! The sink rate of this line makes it easy to cast, lift off the water, and deliver the fly back quickly and accurately!
