Cortland Specialty Series Pike Musky Sink 4 is a weight forward sinking fly line built for targeting pike, musky and bass through multiple levels of the water column. Its 30 ft Type 4 sinking head drops large streamers at 4 to 5 inches per second, while the intermediate running line creates a smooth transition and maintains control throughout the retrieve.
A short 3 ft front taper turns over large, air resistant flies, while the short rear taper loads powerful rods quickly with minimal false casting. An X Strong braided nylon core provides strength for hard hook sets and large predators, and Shooting Technology keeps the line slick and fast shooting in cold and warm freshwater conditions.
