My go to for creek fishing
I've since bought more of these, but these seem to do everything i want them to when out on the creeks. What stands out most to me is the durability (I willy-nilly throw it across rocks and branches, anything to get that fish) and how the resist getting mega twisted up. Will buy again

tapers and material performed well on the high lakes west of Yellowstone last season. Chironomids, damsels, large sedges, callibaetis, leeches, baitfish. Surface, subsurface in all wind conditions, Casting and/or trolling with various line densities. Good stuff!

Cortland nylong tapered leader, 2-pack
I have used another brand of tapered leaders for years and several of the other brand's fly lines. I decided to try Cortland's leaders to see if they're as good as Cortland fly lines*. With a 7.5' leader it's not as easy to compare as, say - fly lines. Cortland's leaders have functioned well and as designed.
* In terms of durability, Cortland's fly lines are vastly superior to the "other" brand.
