The cleaner/lubricant seems to work well but it's a thick gel and very difficult to get out of the container. Cortland needs to come up with an easy to use applicator for this gel.

I have used this cleaner for years. Nothing cleans like it. The line shoots like a rocket afterwards. Plus there is no floatant in it so it works great for intermediate lines.

This product works great, It makes it easy to clean my fly lines so they perform at a high level.
Even on the clearest water, there is dust, pollen, and other stuff that will eventually make your cast a little sluggish. This product returns the zip to your fly line.

Always used Cortland Reel's until they stopped making them, excellent Salmon Reels, still have a few!
