Bass Nylon Tapered Leaders

Designed with a stiff butt section to carry maximum energy from the fly line to the fly. A highly abrasion resistant nylon material is used for fishing heavy weed beds and docks. A slightly oversized tip diameter ensures better knot strength with larger hook sizes.

Fast turn over

Terrific leader for FFI CI and MCI demonstration tasks. The leader turns over quickly and almost eliminates the Parachute effect that comes with using yarn flies.

Abrasive resistant

Since switching to these nylon bass leaders I have not had my knots fail as easily or loose any fish from line breaking during my guided trips. Granted it is still smart to always stress test your line after each fish, but there is less concern with this line when targeting bass. The line also holds up to gar thrashing.
